Delivery

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We aim to despatch your order the same day monday to friday orders placed on holidays or weekends will be posted the next business day. For UK deliveries you can expect your order within 3-5 working days and 5-10 working days for international deliveries. However, if your chosen product is out of stock we will notify you by email and either order your items from the supplier or offer a full refund (including Postage & Packaging). Out of stock items are delivered within 28 days and Underdressed will make contact to advise you of this. Please note that you are not charged for out of stock items until they are shipped.

Postage & Packing

There are occassions when mail will be delayed in which case your patience is appreciated, if there are any problems at our end we wont hestitate to get intouch. As parcels can sometimes arrive when you may be at work or nobody is in we would ask you to make arrangements for somebody to be in to collect. Alternatively you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office where it will be kept safe for up to five days in the event of nobody being in to collect.

UK Delivery

Most parcels are sent out Royal mail standard parcel or parcelforce 48 for heavier items. In either case expect parcels to reach you within 3-5 working days unless you hear otherwise. 
Postage costs are charged at the best rate possible depending on the weight of your parcel. Also benefit from FREE Postage on orders over £30.00 (offer only applies to the UK)

International Delivery

(5-10 working days from despatch)
Standard delivery (Royal Mail - local postal service)
Again the best Postage price will be offered based on the weght of the parcel, big orders may have to be sent in seperate parcels

Customs, duty and taxes

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of all the goods being sent outside the European Union, therefore your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once goods reach your country.
