When can I expect my order to arrive? 

We aim to despatch your order the same day mon-fri orders placed on holidays or weekends will be posted the next business day. For UK deliveries you can expect your order within 3-5 working days and 5-10 working days for international deliveries. If there are any problems with you order this end we will contact you straight away by email.

Have you received my payment? 

As soon as we receive payment from you a payment received email will be sent out to you. And as soon as your item is being posted a despatch email will be sent.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge and do you combine postage? 

Simply got to the bottom of the item page and choose the destination of postage the page will then upload with the cost to your country. For combined shipping to the UK you simply pay the postage cost of the most expensive item to send plus £1 for each extra item. A maximum postage charge on combined shipping is £10.50 to the UK.

I have not received my parcel yet? 

As parcels can sometimes arrive when you may be at work or nobody is in we would ask you to make arrangements for somebody to be in to collect. Alternatively you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office where it will be kept safe for up to five days in the event of nobody being in to collect.
